Why Music Therapy
When the mind won't switch off, music can.
Stress, anxiety, depression and panic attacks live in the nervous system — not just the head. Music Therapy uses sound, rhythm and voice to gently regulate the body and bring the mind back home.
Stress & Burnout
Therapeutic sound shifts your body out of fight-or-flight within minutes — no app, no pill.
Anxiety & Panic
Rhythm and breath anchor a racing mind, interrupting panic loops before they escalate.
Low Mood & Depression
Melody and voice release stored emotion gently — without forcing words you don't have yet.
